I have an air fryer that I can roast my veggies. I do a mixture of whatever I have on hand. Either spray them with cooking spray or drizzle with some olive oil and then roast them. God it's good. I'll have to remember your method. Minus the cheese.
My Italian step mother used to do it similar to you. In leftover spaghetti sauce (homemade Italian style). The zucchini would stay tender crisp.

IMO, after doing a lot of research in the past, multivitamins are BS. You get more nutrition from fruit and veg than in a pill. Like I said, IMO. i take turmeric, it does help with my body pain in my spine. i cant stand the taste of it as it is grown, so the pill works good for me. i take apple cider vinegar, again the taste sucks, so the pill is better. I just started taking Tumeric today, at the recommendation of my husband's cousin. I have a lot of inflammation and pain in various forms, so I'm hoping it will help with all of that. I take the pill form also, as Chris said the taste of the powder was gross.
